Folders
Organize your links, your way
Group links into folders to keep campaigns, clients, and projects neatly organized.
What it does
Folders let you group your links by campaign, client, project, or whatever structure makes sense for your workflow. Instead of scrolling through a flat list of hundreds of links, you navigate into a folder and see only what's relevant.
How your links stay organized
When this is useful
Agencies managing multiple clients
Create a folder per client. Each client's links — short links, QR codes, redirects — stay together. When you need to find something, you go straight to the right client folder instead of searching across everything.
Campaign organization
Group all links for a campaign in one place: the landing page link, the QR code for the flyer, the geo-redirect for international traffic. When the campaign wraps, the folder stays as a tidy archive.
Separating internal and external links
Keep internal links (team wikis, dashboards, docs) separate from public-facing campaign links. Your links page stays clean instead of mixing everything together.
How folders work
- Create a folder from your links page using the Folder button. Give it a name and it appears alongside your links.
- Create links inside a folder — when you're viewing a folder, any new link you create is automatically placed there.
- Drag and drop — move links between folders by dragging them onto a folder card. You can also drag folders into other folders to nest them.
- Rename or delete — hover over a folder to rename it inline or delete it. Deleting a folder removes it and everything inside it.
Nesting
Folders can be nested inside other folders. This is useful for deeper organization — for example, a "Clients" folder containing a subfolder per client, each with their own campaign subfolders. There's no limit to how deep you can nest.
