Data Exports
Your data, on demand
Export click data as a CSV for any link or your entire team — with full granularity.
What it does
Data exports let you download your click data as a CSV file. Every individual click is included — not aggregated totals, but one row per click with timestamp, country, device, referrer, and destination. You can export data for a single link or across your entire team.
What you get
| Link | Time (UTC) | Destination | Referrer | Country | Device |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| summer-sale | 2026-03-26 14:32:07 | example.com/landing | twitter.com | US | Desktop |
| summer-sale | 2026-03-26 14:28:51 | example.com/landing | linkedin.com | GB | Mobile |
| meetup-march | 2026-03-26 13:15:33 | meetup.com/event | — | DE | Desktop |
When this is useful
Building reports outside Nimble Links
If you report on campaign performance in Google Sheets, Excel, or a BI tool, you need the raw data. Export a CSV and bring it into whatever tool your workflow requires.
Sharing data with clients or stakeholders
When a client asks "how did our links perform last month?", you can hand them a CSV with every click — no need to give them access to your dashboard or take screenshots.
Archiving and compliance
If your organization needs to retain click data or audit link activity, exports give you a permanent, portable copy that lives outside the platform.
Exporting a link's data
Open any link's analytics page and find the Database panel. Click Export and the file is generated in the background — you don't need to keep the page open. When it's ready, the button changes to Download and you'll get an email notification.
In your link settings
Download your click data packed in a .csv sheet.
Exporting your team's data
If you need data across all your links at once, go to your team settings and find the Clicks Data section. Clicking Export here pulls every click from every link in your team into a single CSV. The same background processing and email notification applies.
In your team settings
Clicks Data
Export raw data of all clicks under your team.
What's in the CSV
Each row is a single click. The columns are:
| Column | Example |
|---|---|
| Link | summer-sale |
| Time (UTC) | 2026-03-26 14:32:07 |
| Destination | example.com/landing |
| Referrer | twitter.com |
| Country | US |
| Device | Desktop |
To get started, open any link's analytics and click Export in the Database panel.
