Additionally, the free version of the Site may not be used to lead users to content that:

- promote or engage in gambling activities, including but not limited to online casinos and lotteries.
Paid accounts with links that lead to these two categories of content may be required to produce proof of identity, business registration, and/or other supporting documents to establish their legality and legitimacy.
Our systems and our team frequently review links and accounts to ensure compliance with these terms. This often includes visiting and reviewing the content of the destination URLs you configure for your links. For this reason, you should not use the Site to create links that redirect to sensitive or private information.
We suspend links and accounts that violate these terms at our discretion and without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Nimble Links and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the product.
