These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Nimble Links, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and for any links you create using the Site.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to engage in any activity that could harm our Site, its users, or others.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to use the Site to create links that:

• violate local, national, or international laws.
• facilitate hate speech, discrimination, violence, or any form of harmful behavior.
• compromise the privacy of individuals or entities.
• infringe upon intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights of third parties.
• lead to malicious or harmful content, including but not limited to malware, phishing sites, or any form of harmful software.
• lead to low-quality pages, multiple redirections, misleading content, prank pages, or any material that confuses, deceives, or negatively impacts user experience.
• lead to pages primarily designed to generate ad revenue or manipulate search engines, including sites packed with ads, pop-ups, or auto-generated content intended for clicks rather than user value.
• promote or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or high-risk schemes, including but not limited to financial scams, get-rich-quick offers, fake giveaways, or multi-level marketing programs.
• disseminate false, misleading, or unverified information, including medical misinformation, unproven or misleading treatments, miracle weight-loss products, or health-related scams.
• facilitate sending of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional material, junk mail, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• contain content that is explicit, pornographic, vulgar, or inappropriate for minors in any way.
• promote any products or services intended for adult audiences, including prostitution, escorts, or sexual massages.
• promote or engage in betting or gambling activities, including but not limited to online casinos and lotteries (see 2.1 Exemption for betting and gambling content for exceptions).
• lead to other URL shorteners, IP loggers, dynamic DNS tunnels, or any tools that obfuscate, hide, or dynamically change the final destination.

Our systems and our team frequently review links and accounts to ensure compliance with these terms. This often includes visiting and reviewing the content of the destination URLs you configure for your links. For this reason, you should not use the Site to create links that redirect to sensitive or private information.

We suspend links and accounts that violate these terms at our discretion and without notice.

2.1. Exemption for betting and gambling content

Accounts created prior to November 2024 may be allowed to continue using the Site to promote betting and gambling content, subject to review by our team. These accounts may be required to provide additional documentation to verify the legality of their activities.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Nimble Links and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the product.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at our discretion.
