Two-Factor Authentication
A second layer of protection
Secure your account with an authenticator app and one-time codes.
What it does
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step when you log in. After entering your password, you'll be asked for a one-time code from an authenticator app on your phone. Even if someone has your password, they can't access your account without your phone.
How to enable it
- Go to your Account settings.
- Under Two Factor Authentication, click Enable.
- Confirm your password.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.) or enter the setup key manually.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm.
Once confirmed, you'll see a set of recovery codes. Save these somewhere safe.

Two Factor Authentication
Add additional security to your account using two factor authentication.
You have enabled two factor authentication.
Store these recovery codes in a secure password manager.
Recovery codes
When you enable 2FA, you receive a set of one-time recovery codes. If you lose access to your authenticator app — lost phone, new device, app reset — use a recovery code to log in instead. Each code works once.
You can regenerate recovery codes at any time from your account settings. Regenerating creates a fresh set and invalidates the old ones.
Logging in with 2FA
After entering your password, you'll see a second screen asking for your 6-digit code. Open your authenticator app, find the Nimble Links entry, and enter the current code. If you don't have your authenticator available, switch to recovery code mode and use one of your saved codes.
Disabling it
You can turn off 2FA from your account settings at any time. Click Disable and confirm your password. Your authenticator app entry will stop generating valid codes.
To enable 2FA, go to your account settings and find the Two Factor Authentication section.
