Why is my short link showing a 404?
A 404 on a short link means the URL doesn't match any link we know about. The two most common causes:
- Typo in the slug. Short links are case-sensitive, so
nimble.li/Promoandnimble.li/promoare two different things. Double-check the URL you're sharing matches the one we generated. - The link was deleted. Once a link is deleted from your dashboard, the short URL stops resolving immediately. Deletion is permanent — the slug isn't reserved and won't reappear if you create a new link.
