What are the API rate limits?

Authenticated requests to our public API are rate-limited to 30 per minute and 300 per hour, counted per team. Both limits apply simultaneously — you'll hit whichever you reach first.

If you exceed either limit, the API responds with HTTP 429 Too Many Requests and a Retry-After header indicating how many seconds to wait before retrying. Standard RateLimit-Limit, RateLimit-Remaining, and RateLimit-Reset headers are included on every response so you can pace your requests proactively rather than waiting for a 429.
